Belmont Building Services is a family owned building company based in Belmont, NSW, servicing Lake Macquarie and the surrounding suburbs. We specialise in custom homes, extensions, renovations, decks, and retaining walls, delivering quality workmanship and a personalised experience on every job, large or small.
Construction has been part of Scott's life for as long as he can remember. Growing up with a father who ran his own building company, he spent his early years on job sites, watching plans take shape and ideas turn into finished homes. After completing his carpentry apprenticeship, Scott spent 19 years building homes and working across a wide range of projects, developing a deep understanding of materials, people, and what it takes to deliver quality work.
When he started Belmont Building Services, the goal was simple: to offer clients the kind of personalised, quality service that can be hard to find with larger building companies. That meant more variety, more direct client contact, and a genuine commitment to getting every detail right.
